Homeowners Board Meeting!!
March Homeowners Board Meeting had a great turnout. We would like to thank all the homeowners who took the time to attend the meeting. We look forward to seeing everyone at the Annual Meeting in June!!

Coachella Festival April 13th thru April 15th and April 20th thru April 22nd

Reminder to all homeowners who are renting out their homes that we will need a copy of the lease agreement and all names of guests and renters during the Festivals. We will need to give out parking passes along with pool passes. We request that all homeowners make their guests and renters aware of the CC&R's and Rules.

We will be hiring additional security to watch the gates from 10-2am

Ray our onsite manager will be checking all persons at the pool areas ensuring no glass, loud music and proper wrist bands . We hope with these additional precautions it will be an enjoyable event for everyone!!

GREATHOUSE POOL

Yes the new heaters in the Greathouse are installed and working! The temps on the Pool is 85 degrees and the Spa is 101 degrees.

We will be replacing the Lap Pool heaters end of summer before the season starts.

NEW ON_SITE MANAGER

We would like to announce our new On-Site Manager Ray Ponsaran

Ray will be joining the Puerta Azul Family starting Wednesday April 4th

After several testing of lights for the Palms and installing the correct electrical wiring we have found the white rope lighting to look the best on the Palms. We hope the Homeowners enjoy the new look! See Photo

Roof Tiles

The association has been given the leftover new roof tiles from the recently rebuilt home on Via Vista. We will be offering to the homeowners free roof tiles for you to pick up and store in your gargage for future repairs. Please help yourself !!!

Landscaping

The board has recently redone the front area of Puerta Azul along Madision adding more grass and the dark color decomposed granite. We now will be going into the Pods to access were we need to make improvements. If you are in a Pod that you feel needs attention please let us know. We hope the homeowners have noticed the improvements made through out Puerta Azul and enjoy the fresh new look!

Rentals in Puerta Azul

This is the time of year we have more seasonal rentals. Remember that the Board is required by the CC&R's to have a copy of the lease agreement. Please forward to Erma as she can assign gate codes if needed for the specified times.

To view the Security Cameras, select view security cameras. Once you get to the screen that has the "User ID" on it, Replace the user ID with the word azul
